Sterilization

The SEC Signature Process Gas Analyzer is a self-contained optical gas detector designed for non-intrusive continuous monitoring of process gases.  These process gas analyzers operate in anaerobic atmospheres.  The Signature Process infrared gas analyzer is unaffected by humidity and pressure.  The infrared optical system is self-compensating (patented) for most aging, environmental, and contamination effects resulting in excellent measurement integrity.  No mirrors or reflecting surfaces are used in this device.  Anodized aluminum surfaces of the optical chambers are heated to discourage condensation. These gas analyzers are explosion proof and low cost.  The SEC optical gas detector continually does self-diagnostics to ensure reliable protection for your personnel and equipment. The SEC Signature process gas analyzers are used in the medical field where equipment is being sterilized.  Other applications for the SEC Signature optical gas detector is laboratories, clean rooms or the petrochemical industry.  Calibration can be done easily by using the SEC PC IR Link.  The SEC Signature process gas analyzers meet applicable FDA standards, while eliminating weeklong manufacture-to-market delay.
