The SEC IR PC Link is designed to provide power and status indication to the family of SEC infrared gas monitors. Provides a hardware link between SEC gas detectors and a RS-232 port. The RS-232 port is standard on most PC’s. The SEC IR PC Link can also be used with a USB to RS-232 adaptor for PC’s that don’t utilize RS-232. The SEC IR PC Link has a selectable analog output signal that can be connected to a chart recorder, DCS, PLC, DVM or virtually any type of control system. Making data logging easy. The SEC Signature infrared gas analyzer devices require a one time span after installation. After the spanning the SEC Signature, an annual zero calibration procedure is recommended. The SEC IR PC Link has a unit zero push button that can be used to perform routine zero calibration SEC 3000 toxic gas detector or the optical gas detectors. The SEC IR PC Link is compact and light weight. Making the unit portable and easy to use. The PC IR Link can be used in conjunction with the PC Link Software to communicate with the SEC gas detectors. The PC Link Software can be downloaded on the software downloads page of this website.
